KEYS:

These will be given to you on arrival. Please remember to return your keys on departure. A minimum charge of £80 will be made if keys are lost (to cover the cost of changing the locks).

DEPOSIT:

Non refundable deposit of £2000 payable upon booking.

FINAL PAYMENT:

Once the booking is accepted the balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks before the wedding.

CANCELLATION:

We recommend you take out private insurance to insure that you can make any cancellation charges in the unlikely event that you need to cancel your wedding day.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The venue is available on the day before the wedding and must be vacated by late afternoon on the day of departure. Extra days are available if required.

DAMAGE:

You are responsible for the cost of damage or breakages and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. No rebates will be given for mechanical failure of any kind and every effort will be made to effect repair.

CHILDREN:

Children are welcome at Little Bidlake, however we request that due consideration is given to their well-being and entertainment during their stay. Baby sitters or qualified child minders are available and can be booked in advance if required.

PETS:

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please bring your own pet basket and do not allow you pet on the furniture or into the bedrooms. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time and clients will be liable for any damage caused by pets. Kennels are available.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

The total number of the party must not exceed that disclosed on the booking form - additional guests are not permitted. Camping is allowed on the farm - please supply a list of names.

LIABILITY:

No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests or any loss or damage to their property. The management reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other guests
